It is important to keep up to date on all health insurance information you are receiving.
What to do now:
- Read all your mail from the NY State of Health / New York State
- Read texts you receive about health insurance from the NY State of Health / New York State
- Read email you receive about health insurance from the NY State of Health / New York State
- Make sure your contact information is up to date
Update your contact information:
- Check / update your information on your NY State of Health account
- Call the Medicaid NYS Medicaid Helpline at 800-541-2831
- Check with your Local Department of Social Services
What to remember about your healthcare during this time:
- Despite changes in insurance coverage, it is important to keep your health care consistent
