Adult Nurse Practitioner

Kelley Carbone, ANP is an adult nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. A graduate of the Dominican College of Blauvelt in Orangeburg, New York, she went on to receive her master’s degree in nursing from the Adelphi University College of Nursing and Public Health in Garden City. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Eastern Orange Ambulatory Care in Cornwall, Sapphire Nursing and Rehabilitation in Goshen, and The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Ms. Carbone is licensed to practice as an adult nurse practitioner and a registered nurse in the State of New York and is certified by the Nurses Credentialing Center.
