Update your contact information
- Register for Updates by Email, Text or WhatsApp from the NY State of Health
- Check/update your information on your NY State of Health Account
- Call the Medicaid NYS Medicaid Helpline 800-541-2831 (M-F 8-8, Sat 9-1)
- Check with your Local Department of Social Services, or HRA if you're in New York City

- Don’t cancel or skip appointments if you are concerned about payment or coverage: at Sun River Health, we never turn anyone away regardless of income, insurance, or ability to pay.
