What to know:
- Some hospitals are in negotiations with different health plans that may affect your insurance coverage
- This issue does not affect the care provided to you at Sun River Health locations; we continue to accept all local plans
- However, if you are referred to a hospital by us, your coverage may be affected by these negotiations outside of Sun River Health
- You may be able to change your health insurance, if needed
What to check:
- Is your health insurance provided by Fidelis or HealthFirst?
- Do you have upcoming hospitalization needs including childbirth, surgery, or other planned care?
- Do you have any other concerns about your care?

- Speak with a Patient Navigator onsite at any Sun River Health location
- Call a NY State of Health Navigator who can file a request to help you change plans
- Representatives from Molina can help you enroll at our health centers in Brentwood and Coram
