If you received a letter from the NY State of Health stating that you must renew your health insurance, please call a Sun River Health Enrollment Specialist today (see below for information).

Call a Sun River Health Enrollment Specialist for direct personal assistance with your health insurance coverage: 888-507-8980. Call between 9-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Our Enrollment Specialists can help you complete your enrollment. Once you have all required information, the enrollment process takes about 25 minutes.
Before you call, please assemble the below information:
- Identification documents, which may include:
- State identification
- A valid passport
- Your social security number (if you have one)
- Proof of income
- Unemployment letter, if you are unemployed
Please also check your mail.
The New York State of Health will mail you a letter about coverage. Letters will be sent between June 30 2023 and May 31, 2024. This letter will let you know if you need to complete a renewal form to see if you still qualify for Medicaid, the Essential Plan, or Child Health Plus.
If you did not receive a letter, you may still need to renew. A Sun River Health enrollment specialist can help you understand this.
