SOUTHAMPTON, NY – Sun River Health has formally partnered with the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center to be the medical home for children who participate in the recreational center’s services.

This collaboration brings together Sun River Health’s trusted, community health center model with the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center’s long-standing mission to educate, empower, and encourage families toward self-sufficiency. Through this partnership, families connected to The Center will benefit from expanded health education, care coordination, referrals, and increased awareness of preventative and primary health resources available in the community.

As a deeply rooted community institution, The Center has served generations of families by addressing not only educational and recreational needs, but also the social and economic barriers that impact long-term well-being. Partnering with Sun River Health allows both organizations to meet families where they are, providing culturally responsive support that promotes healthier outcomes for children and caregivers alike.
