Alexis Fall, ANP is an adult nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. She received her BSN as well as her master’s degree in adult / geriatric primary care nursing from SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at White Plains Hospital. Ms. Fall is licensed to practice as an adult nurse practitioner and a registered nurse in the State of New York and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
